At DRSKNIVES HUB, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every handmade Damascus knife we create. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including the leather sheath).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized knives
- Items that have been used, sharpened, or altered
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@drskniveshub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
